Floor Sawing

Floor sawing is
the most commonly used diamond cutting method. It is
typically used to cut horizontal flat surfaces such as floors,
bridge decks, and pavement. Flat saws feature a diamond
blade that is mounted on a walk-behind machine requiring only
one operator.
Common
applications for floor saws are to provide expansion joints,
remove damaged pavement sections, clean and prepare random
cracks for repair, and to remove concrete sections for
demolition purposes.

Wall Sawing

Wall Sawing employs a
circular blade on a track-mounted machine. The track is attached
to vertical walls or steep inclines that will not permit the use of flat
saws. Wall or track sawing is typically specified to cut precise
dimensional door, vent and window openings. It is also an
excellent choice for creating precise openings in any concrete
structure.

Core Drilling

Core drilling techniques are used when
precise, circular cuts are needed. Holes of almost any diameter up
to 60" are easily drilled to make openings for plumbing, electrical and
HVAC installations.
Core drilling is also commonly used to
create holes for routing cables or placing anchoring bolts, installing
load carrying devices like dowel bars, or for analysis of structures,
rock or strata.

Deep Sawing
(Watch for local jobsite
photo coming soon!)
Deep sawing utilizes our largest
blades on our largest capacity cutters. While not used often,
this equipment is the only way to get the job done correctly and
efficiently.
Deep sawing is often
used on very thick floor surfaces, specially insulated buildings,
etc.

Hand Sawing

We utilize various types
of hand saws to complete small jobs, or to finish off larger jobs in hard-to-reach
areas.
Typical applications include sawing
concrete pipe to length, creating openings for electrical, plumbing, or
other needs in concrete walls, floors and ceilings, eliminating overcuts
associated with other types of sawing, and precision trimming.
